REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept products that are personal or medical items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital Products (except by default)
  • Articles for health and personal care

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Reimbursement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, contact us at: info@z-corp.it
