REFUND AND RETURN POLICY<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days.\u00a0If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n

Several types of goods are exempt from return.\u00a0Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.\u00a0Additionally, we do not accept products that are personal or medical items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Digital Products (except by default)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Articles for health and personal care<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.<\/span><\/p>\n

    There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Items with obvious signs of use<\/span>
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Reimbursement<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.\u00a0We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a specified number of days.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Late or missing refunds<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n
